About the Delta Dragons Alliance
The Delta Dragons 07 was started on march 23rd 07 and since then it has had its ups and downs, but we will still fight on no matter how hard it gets
On December 30 2008, 6:00pm the Allaince was founded, where no clan is ever on there own in the allaince and we work together to make the Delta dragons the best we can....
Here are some of my founders Generals say on the delta dragons 07 allaince and what they do in the alliance.
Spillerman DD07- Left 4 Dead General:
“ DD07 is one of the most refreshing clans I have come across. Considering I joined the clan in July 2008 and was considered to be one of the newer members. My enthusiasm to lead my own team was still recognised. After training by Mad Dog DD07 and learning some handy tricks from Groucho1917. I realised how worth while it was to not only be part of a clan, but also to run a team. Don’t be fooled, even though we may have different clans for different gaming platforms. We are still a close nit team, who will support and help any member face any challenge. We are a great group of friendly and competitive guys who love gaming (plain and simple). P.S Thanks guys for all your help for accepting and making me feel welcome into the Dragons”
Groucho1917 - Team Fortress 2 General
"I joined DD07 in the early months of 2008 and have been with it ever since. Through Mad Dog's kind and patient tutoring, I rose through the ranks to become a General of the finest team to ever grace the Orange Box. Disciplined and friendly, there is no greater camaraderie than amongst DD07. It is an absolute pleasure to serve this clan, and though we've been through many twists and turns this year, the resiliance of the Dragons has been proven time and time again, surviving even attempts at splits. Put simply, you cannot break us".
So You Want to Join The Delta Dragons Clan?
There are lots of things to consider here. Most are your own goals. As above, a clan is a group of people who share common goals. Also they have to have good social networking abilities. You can always ask a clan member about their clan. Usually they will be eager to get you to join. Next you want to check out our website. Our website is a major support team in this next-generation world.
Pre-joining... Usually, The Dragons, will have you go through a probation period. This period could last anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks. This is so you can go over things with people in the clan, and so they can get you to a higher skill if needed, and to see how you interact with other people on the team in game situations. After going through those two weeks you should be good to join.
1. Practices - The way the casual gamer would see this, is that it will be used for testing out strategies on other clan members, or even going into matchmaking and trying them out on random people. NO!!. Practice should be the time to make sure everyone is on the same page about where to go, where to setup, and the familiarity of the map/s and certain points.
2. Matchmaking – Matches are generally organised by the Leaders. They will either be clan matches which will be recorded or they will be clan matches where the records are not recorded. The latter of which is a good way of testing out the team and any new strategies.
